What we do… deliver an average annual return on investment of 10% - 20% through reduction of your operating expenses.  Modeled after the financial portfolio management of assets such as real estate, cash, stocks, bonds, insurance and other investments, SilentSherpa applies a similar comprehensive management strategy to lower your expenses for electricity, natural gas, residual and distillate fuels.  Our services can be expanded to include other facility expenses such as steam, water, and sewer to round out your facility expense portfolio beyond energy.  

How we do it… through automated, active management of your expenses on a cyclical basis.  We will:

1. Assess your needs through data collection, review and benchmarking,
2. Advise on practice improvements for all supply and demand requirements,
3. Procure supply and demand solutions that accommodate your budget and risk,
4. Audit the performance of all procured solutions to ensure Return on Investment, and
