SilentSherpa is the premier provider of market guidance solutions to the retail energy industry, including energy management and software services for consumers, brokers, marketers, and utilities. The organization is owned and operated by James M. Grasso, who established SilentSherpa in 2000 to meet the increased demand for advice and automation of multi-fuel, multi-site energy portfolio management.

We are a select team of highly skilled professionals distributed throughout the US. Each member of our team specializes in the service they are providing (i.e. assessment, advisory, procurement, audit, web solutions, etc.); insuring our clients of direct and timely access to answers, actions, and ownership rather than having to interface through a low-level account manager or customer service rep. with no authority.

Our "Full-Serve" Portfolio Management Services provide complete energy budget management for the commercial consumer…from initial needs assessment and advice on practice improvements…to procurement of solutions and continuing audit of vendor performance. The entire service cycle is delivered and archived through our proprietary world-class SherpaSoft® Web Solutions, assuring the client of complete transparency and real-time reporting throughout all aspects of our services delivery.

Our "Self-Serve" Web Solutions automate and integrate various disciplines within the retail energy industry for the energy buyer, broker, marketer and utility. Our SherpaSoft® Web Solutions include both ready-to-use applications available on hosted basis, or custom applications built specifically for the task(s) you wish to automate…from energy portfolio management, internal practice management, market data management, and billing management…to price feeds, charting, budgeting and auditing.

How We Do It…

SilentSherpa's services and solutions are delivered via our proprietary web-based infrastructure to facilitate management of clients in any location, virtually at any time of day to conveniently work within the context of the client's schedule. In addition, our distributed and web-based infrastructure substantially reduces our internal expenses which translate into lower fees and higher ROI than our competition.

We deliver our clients a 5x - 10x return on their investment in our services, yielding 10% - 20% average reduction in operating expenses annually. All services and solutions can be acquired or shed on-demand to accommodate unpredictable overhead and budget constraints. Our services also can be dispatched either in concert or individually as desired by the client to mitigate over- or under-servicing.
